SoloPayLink

Switching from Calendly

Moving from Calendly to SoloPayLink

If you run a solo service business and want customers to pay in full or leave a deposit when they book, this guide shows how to move over without missing a booking. Calendly has its own features and plans, which change over time, so check their current plans for yourself.

What SoloPayLink does

How to switch, step by step

  1. Set up your services

Add each service with its length and price, or let AI setup suggest them from a short description. Starter allows up to 8 services.

  2. Set your hours

Choose your working days, hours, breaks and how much notice you need before a booking.

  3. Connect Stripe

Connect your own Stripe account so customers can pay in full or leave a deposit.

  4. Make a test booking

Open your new link on your phone and book yourself, so you see exactly what customers see.

  5. Share your new link

Replace the old link on your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile and email signature, and print the QR code if you use one.

  6. Keep Calendly until you have switched

Leave Calendly running until every booking already made there has happened, so no customer is left without an appointment. Then close it.

Tip: block out the times of bookings still in Calendly as time off in SoloPayLink, so nobody books the same slot twice while both are running.

What it costs

Starter has no monthly fee. You pay a platform fee only when a customer pays: 1.5% of a full payment or 5% of a deposit. Your customers pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe's card processing fee is separate. Pro and Business are optional plans that add a website, booking questions, lower fees and more AI help. Compare plans and currencies.
