Is SoloPayLink for services or products?
Both. Service mode is for bookings and appointments. Product mode is for full-payment storefronts with product cards and images.
Can one email use both modes?
No. One owner email is locked to one mode so dashboards, checkout rules and customer pages stay clean. Use a different email if you need both.
Do customers pay SoloPayLink fees?
No. Customers use SoloPayLink free. Platform fees belong to the owner side of the transaction, alongside Stripe processing fees where applicable.
Does SoloPayLink sell the service or product?
No. SoloPayLink provides the platform. The independent owner is responsible for the service, product, listing, delivery, fulfilment, refunds and customer relationship.
