Trust Center

Clear money flow. Clear data rules. Clear owner control.

SoloPayLink is built for solo service owners who need customers to feel safe before they book and pay. This page explains what SoloPayLink handles, what Stripe handles, what owners control, and what we do not claim.

Trust by design

The trust layer is built into the booking flow, not added only as marketing copy.

Stripe-hosted checkout

Customers pay through Stripe checkout. SoloPayLink does not store full card numbers, CVC, or bank login details.

No card storage Owner connects Stripe

Owner controls the business rules

Owners control services, prices, availability, notice windows, payment mode, cancellation wording, and booking page details.

Customer verification

Booking and portal flows use email verification where needed so booking access is tied to the customer email used at booking.

What each party handles

This is the simple version of the SoloPayLink trust model.

Area SoloPayLink Stripe / provider Business owner
Payment page Creates the booking and checkout flow. Processes card/payment details through Stripe. Connects and manages their own Stripe account.
Service delivery Provides the booking software. Not involved. Provides the actual service and handles service issues.
Refunds and disputes Shows the rules and records booking status. Processes payment/refund actions where applicable. Sets policies and handles customer service decisions.
Customer data Stores booking details needed for confirmation, portal, support, and security. Processes payment/security metadata needed to operate payments. Must use customer data lawfully for their service.

Launch transparency

SoloPayLink is new. The right trust strategy is proof that can be checked, not inflated claims.

Founder-led support

SoloPayLink is operated as a founder-led launch product. Public registration details and a fuller company profile should be published before broad commercial scale.

No fake social proof policy

We do not publish fake customer names, fake review counts, or fake processed-volume numbers. Launch examples are labelled as examples until real owners give permission to publish their results.

What SoloPayLink does not do

These boundaries are important because they remove hidden risk and confusion.

No card vault

No service guarantee

SoloPayLink provides software. The business owner delivers the actual service.

No hidden customer platform fee

Customers see the service price set by the owner. SoloPayLink fees are explained to owners on pricing.
